Create a deal
Choose New deal. Enter a Deal name, add the target company’s Website if useful, and choose your Request list. The standard template is selected unless you upload a custom file.If organization collaborators are available, select teammates and their access during setup. Click Create deal to open the workspace. 3
Upload sources
Open Sources and use Upload, or drag files or folders into the view. See supported formats before uploading a large batch.Keep the page open until file transfers finish. Accepted uploads continue processing in the background. Search indexing and classification have separate readiness states, so a file can become searchable before its final category is available.
4
Review the evidence
Open a source to inspect its contents, classification, and available evidence. Resolve failed uploads and low-confidence classifications before relying on the affected files. In Coverage Map, inspect linked documents, outstanding requests, review status, and risks. A linked document does not by itself mean the request has been cleared.
5
Ask Dealmate
Open Dealmate and ask a question such as “Which documents support the revenue figures for the last three years?” Follow the citations to check the source material. Results reflect the sources available to your session at that moment. If files are still processing, allow them to finish and revisit important questions.
