Open Sources inside a deal to review its documents. Start with failed processing, uncategorized sources, and low-confidence classifications, then inspect the files that matter most to your analysis.

Inspect a source

Select a document to open its viewer and details. Depending on its processing state, you can inspect:
  • The original document and extracted content available to the viewer.
  • Category assignment, confidence, classification method, and available evidence.
  • Processing details and errors.
  • Related coverage links and risk assessments.
Use the original source to check the evidence in context. A plausible excerpt or a high confidence score is not enough to establish that the document is complete, current, or correctly interpreted.

Find the files that need attention

Browse the source folders and use the available search, filtering, and sorting controls. Low-confidence classifications receive a review indication. Source readiness and classification confidence are different: a source can be searchable while its classification still needs attention. The classification guide explains the pipeline’s accepted, needs-review, and uncategorized states. These are separate from Cleared in the Coverage Map.

Correct placement and manage files

Use the source menu’s Move to action to choose another category. Source and folder menus also provide the permitted organization actions, such as rename, move, or delete. Selecting multiple sources exposes the available bulk actions, including moving, downloading, canceling processing, and deleting when applicable. Actions depend on the current selection, processing state, and your permissions. There is no general bulk Accept or Reject classification workflow in the current source table.

Review the linked requests

Open Coverage Map to check whether the document supports the linked requests. Inspect entity names, reporting periods, missing schedules, and unresolved risks before advancing review status or clearing a request. When you correct a category or receive a replacement file, revisit the affected coverage links. Classification, receipt of evidence, and clearance are distinct steps.
