The Documents view
Open your deal and click Documents in the sidebar. Documents are grouped by their assigned taxonomy category, so you can immediately see how the corpus distributes across areas such as Financial, Legal, Corporate Governance, and so on. Each row shows the document name, assigned category, confidence score, and current review status.Understanding review status
Plomo automatically assigns a review status to every document based on classification confidence:
Review statuses update automatically as you accept, reject, or reclassify documents.
Inspect a document’s classification
Click any document row to open the detail panel. Inside, you’ll find:- Assigned category — the taxonomy category Plomo selected
- Confidence score — a numeric score from 0 to 1 indicating classification certainty
- Evidence text — the specific passages from the document that most strongly supported the classification decision
- Review status — the current accepted / needs review / uncategorized state
Filter and search your documents
Use the filter bar at the top of the Documents view to narrow your focus:- By category — show only documents assigned to a specific taxonomy category
- By review status — isolate all Needs Review or Uncategorized documents across the deal
- By confidence level — set a threshold to surface low-confidence classifications
